RUSSIAN BEAR CREATED THE KING OF KICKS PLATFORM TO ENABLE OUR FANS TO BE PART OF A COMMUNITY AND LET THEM SHARE THEIR PASSION FOR DOPE KICKS AND IN THE PROCESS CURATE A COLLECTION OF KICKS FOR THE REAL MEMBERS OF THE SNEAKERHEAD COMMUNITY.
WE’VE BEEN TAKING KING OF KICKS TO THE NEXT LEVEL FOR THE LAST FOUR YEARS, CONSTANTLY BUILDING THE FRESHEST SNEAKER COLLECTION (OVER 6300 AND COUNTING) WITH HELP FROM SOUTH AFRICA’S BIGGEST SNEAKERHEADS. 2019 WAS NO DIFFERENT, RUSSIAN BEAR BROUGHT SOUTH AFRICA NOT ONE, BUT TWO WAYS OF WINNING: FIRST, TO be the next #KingofKicks AND SECOND, THE VARIOUS Wall of Kicks challenges.

Russian Bear once again put the title and bragging rights of being the next King of Kicks up for grabs to anyone deemed worthy. The King of Kicks prize was a year’s supply of sneakers worth R60 000.
The Wall of Kicks Challenges
Russian Bear also brought you the Wall of Kicks. 50 pairs of sneakers were up for grabs and each pair was one-of-a-kind created by renowned street artist Mr.ekse who turned each one into a piece of art. Fans who participated and showed their commitment, could win one of these bespoke pairs by participating in a range of challenges. See the journey and winners here.
