At Russian Bear we’ve always been about collaboration, in fact, collaboration is in our DNA, and that’s why we always take things to the Next Level. That’s why we brought our music stans together at the end of 2019 for a night of Next Level collaboration with the dopest artists in South Africa, and one of the heaviest hitting global superstars – the one-and-only Gunna. Calling it epic would be an understatement as they whipped up the crowd, and the weather and brought the fire and lightning!
It’s in the spirit of this epic event wanted to commemorate and celebrate this momentous occasion by putting our local superstars Costa Titch, DreamTeam, Champagne69 and Gunna front and centre on our Limited-Edition Russian Bear Original bottle. In true #NextLevel style, the Limited-Edition Bottle had an exciting experience built into the QR code featured on the bottle and as if that wasn’t enough, Russian Bear also gave stans the opportunity to win #BeUs merchandise that celebrated this Limited-Edition Bottle.

DreamTeam is a music concept that believes in pushing the envelope, surpassing conventional boundaries and taking things to the Next Level in music entertainment throughout South Africa and the rest of Africa. DreamTeam has gone on to release a variety of music including their debut album Dreams Never Die, the Level Up EP; Saucin’ with 2LeeStark; and more recently – Jakalas ft Mzambiya and Beast. The crew followed up with many accolades and recognition – having won an SA Hip Hop music award for Best Mixtape, two Original Material Awards and countless nominations at Channel O and Metro FM awards subsequent to being featured on two of the biggest songs in the country, namely Call Out and the coveted Yaya.

Champagne69 is a creative rap duo signed to Mi-Stro Records, comprising of @willestilios and @siyagena69. They established the duo in high school and started their career off releasing a song titled “Booty Sweat” as a parody, which turned out to be a hit song that launched their career to where it is today.…read more
They received a lot more attention on the internet after releasing their second single titled “Wrong One”, and eventually this landed them a record deal with Mi-Stro Records.
Their first official single titled “ChamPain”, introduced them to the mainstream market and took their brand to the Next Level. Their second single “Say Sumn” featured the classy Moozlie, and preceded what is dubbed to be their biggest hit song, “Smoke”, which features Gemini Major. They have also recorded music with other established artists such as Tshego, Priddy Ugly, Youngsta, DJ Milkshake, Da Les, A.K.A, Riky Rick, Yung Swiss, and DJ Dimplez.
Outside of music, they are also known as a daring fashion brand, with experience in fashion design and modelling.
Champagne69 have created a street culture for the youth in the heart of Joburg City. Many refer to them as “The Braam Boys” because of their strong presence and reputation in Braamfontein. The duo is mostly distinguished by their slick performances filled with energy and rage. In their own words, they “bring the party animal out of anybody.” They also added, “People lose it when we perform.”
